All meals and breaks, with the exception of the gala dinner, will be served in the main exhibit hall to encourage maximum exposure to our vendors. See the exhibitors floor plan below for a breakdown of exhibit space and food/beverage locations.
Trade Show Hours
September 14 from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
September 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
September 16 from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Set-up and Tear Down Times
Set-up will take place on Monday, September 14 from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tear down is Wednesday, September 16 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

10X20 Booth $3750.00 +HST (Members), $4000,00 + HST (Non-Members)

Space is offered on a first-come, first-serviced basis. Cancellations must be in writing and must be made prior to July 1, 2020 for a refund.
